The Real Estate Receptionist is a key team member who serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and agents. This dynamic, multi-functional role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of a busy real estate office. Beyond front desk duties, this position supports a wide range of administrative, marketing, and operational functions to ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, guests, and agents in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and maintain client databases
- Support agents and management with document preparation, data entry, and scheduling
- Assist with transaction coordination, including gathering signatures and following up on required documentation
- Help manage marketing tasks such as social media posts, print materials, and listing updates
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate office maintenance, vendor relationships, and service requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas
- Assist with organizing meetings, events, and open houses
- Other administrative or office support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a real estate, administrative, or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM systems
- Knowledge of real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, DocuSign, ZipForms) is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must speak Spanish
