What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Ironbound Medical Services LLC?
Located in the Ironbound section of Newark, our reception staff is required to speak English and Spanish fluently and provide professional, helpful front desk assistance to walk-in and scheduled patients. They are responsible for answering phone calls, assisting patients in completing their paperwork, accurately entering demographic information into the computer, emailing and/or faxing paperwork to our client companies, and various other common receptionist tasks. Candidates should have a friendly demeanor, a strong memory, and be able to multitask in a busy medical office.
