Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing detailed information to ensure satisfaction
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
- Process transactions accurately through data entry and cash handling when applicable
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and other CRM software
- Support client services by coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles that demonstrate strong communication skills and professionalism
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities that enable effective communication with diverse clients. Spanish is a must
- Proven sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques in a customer-facing environment
- Comfortable with outbound calling and handling high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced setting
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for data entry and reporting
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed logs is preferred
