Contract Recruiter - Entry Level – Aviation Management Company
Zionsville, IN | $26 /Hour | Immediate Opportunity
Morales Professional is seeking an entry-level Contract Recruiter to support a growing aviation management organization in the Indianapolis area.
This onsite position (can migrate to in/out office) will lead full-cycle recruiting across aviation operations. The recruiter will partner directly with company leadership and hiring managers to execute an aggressive hiring initiative of approximately 15 openings while building sustainable talent pipelines for continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for aviation operations.
- Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to establish priorities and hiring profiles
- Develop proactive pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions
- Maintain consistent candidate communication, recruiting activity, and hiring metrics
- Bring urgency, organization, and accountability to a fast-moving hiring environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Aviation, transportation, hospitality, or technical recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing multiple positions across different departments and skill levels
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both frontline candidates and senior leaders
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a rapidly growing environment
- Bilingual capabilities preferred but not required
Position Details
- $26 per hour and up, based on experience
- First-shift schedule with some flexibility
- Onsite in the Indianapolis area - migrate to in/out office
- W-2 employment through Morales Professional
- Minimum three-month contract assignment
- Potential for extension based on business needs
- Opportunity for full-time conversion at the client’s discretion
- No travel required
- Immediate start preferred
