CONTRACT PLACEMENT RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST – REMOTE National Nanny & Domestic Staffing Agency | Split Placement Network Nanny Poppins Agency is a nationwide nanny and domestic staffing agency seeking a full-time Contract Placement Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for an outgoing, assertive, sales-driven recruiter who loves being on the phone, enjoys virtual interviewing, follows through, and knows how to keep a strong candidate pipeline moving. TEAM-BASED REMOTE ENVIRONMENT Although remote, this is a highly collaborative position. Our recruiters work together as a Split Placement Network, sharing candidates, assisting with open searches, and supporting placements nationwide. Recruiters must be comfortable working on our daily Zoom team platform while actively working. This allows the team to communicate in real time, share candidates, discuss searches, ask questions, and help one another close placements. This position is for someone who genuinely loves recruiting, loves being on the phone, enjoys conducting virtual interviews, and knows how to create momentum everyday! PHONE & INTERVIEW EXPECTATIONS Successful recruiters must be comfortable spending a significant part of the day on the phone. Recruiters are expected to: Make 125 outbound candidate calls Conduct 10 virtual interviews weekly Follow up consistently with candidates and clients Assist with incoming national calls Register and educate prospective clients about our services, process, and fees Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline RESPONSIBILITIES Source, screen, and interview candidates Review resumes and applications Match qualified candidates with open positions Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the placement process Collaborate with recruiters on split placements Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records Follow agency Standard Operating Practices Participate in daily team communication and meetings REQUIREMENTS 3 years of sales and/or recruiting experience Commission-based sales experience preferred Strong phone, communication, and closing skills Highly organized with excellent follow-through Comfortable speaking with high-profile and high-net-worth clients Strong computer skills Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets Comfortable learning CRM/ATS software Self-motivated with a strong take-charge attitude Experience with nanny, domestic staffing, household staffing, executive recruiting, or high network clientele is a plus. SCHEDULE Recruiters must be willing to work 40 hours when needed, including days, evenings, and weekends. Candidate and client calls or interviews may take place outside traditional business hours. REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS Must have a reliable computer, cell phone, strong internet connection, and professional workspace for calls and virtual interviews. Recruiters are provided with a dedicated agency phone line through RingCentral for professional client and candidate calls, texting, and agency communication. COMPENSATION Commission-Based Independent Contractor Position This is a performance-driven role, and your income is a direct reflection of the work you put in. There is no cap on earnings. Recruiters who stay consistent on the phone, keep a full pipeline, and follow through on every search earn at the top of the range. Recruiters who work the role casually or inconsistently will see results that reflect that. What drives earnings in this role: Volume of outbound calls and virtual interviews completed each week Speed and consistency of follow-up with both candidates and clients Number of active searches worked at one time Participation in split placements with other recruiters Because we operate as a Split Placement Network, you are never limited to your own candidate pool. You can earn on placements sourced by teammates, and share in placements you assist on. More activity, more searches, and more collaboration directly translate to more commission. Contract recruiters are responsible for an applicable monthly system/login fee. Earnings are commission-based and not guaranteed. The range above reflects the earning potential of recruiters working this role full-time; actual income varies based on individual performance and production.
