Bilingual HR Generalist

Direct Hire/ On-Site/ Lebanon, IN
Compensation: Up to 65K/ 10% bonus potential
Position Overview
A manufacturing and distribution employer is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support employees and daily HR operations at its Lebanon facility. This role works closely with employees and leaders across first and second shift in an environment expected to reach approximately 300 employees when fully staffed.
What You Will Do as a Bilingual HR Generalist:
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR systems.
- Prepare onboarding materials and help lead new employee orientation.
- Respond to routine questions about benefits, HR policies and workplace processes.
- Support employee relations, training, engagement events and HR projects.
- Assist with payroll and compliance activities and identify ways to improve HR processes.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees in both languages.
- At least two years of HR or related administrative experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field a plus.
- Strong organization, discretion and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems and employment practices.
- Availability to support both first and second shift, including a split first and second shift schedule twice per week.
