Requirements

We welcome candidates with transferable mechanical or technical skills — printing experience is a plus but not required. (We will train you.)

You’re a great fit if you have:

• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, automotive or equipment repair, facilities maintenance, or other mechanical trades
• Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity for how machines work
• Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, etc.)
• Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Comfort working in tight areas or performing precise manual tasks
