Take Ownership of High-Tech Equipment
- Set up, fine-tune, and operate precision production machinery that creates millions of high-quality printed products.
- Use digital controls and mechanical adjustments to dial in speed, alignment, ink flow, and registration for each job.
- Troubleshoot issues on the fly to keep production running at peak performance.
- Install plates, rollers, and other components to prepare equipment for new production runs.
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs that keep machines running smoothly.
- Load paper, ink, and materials, ensuring everything is prepped for a flawless run.
- Inspect printed materials for clarity, coverage, and alignment — your eye for quality directly impacts customer satisfaction.
- Confirm that inks, paper, and all materials meet exact specifications.
- Monitor equipment throughout each shift and record production data using computer systems.
- Partner with supervisors and team members to keep production smooth and efficient.
- Share ideas that help us continuously improve quality, safety, and throughput.

Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, automotive or equipment repair, facilities maintenance, or other mechanical trades
- Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity for how machines work
- Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, etc.)
- Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Comfort working in tight areas or performing precise manual tasks
