Card Personalization Embosser Operator - (10pm-6am Shift)

Overview

Brief Description

As an Embosser Materials Handler, you will play a key role in transporting materials, supplies, and finished products to the designated locations. This position requires reliability, organization, and a strong work ethic to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, and store products as directed in designated, secure locations.
• Transport, load, and unload materials, supplies, and finished goods (manually and/or using hand trucks and skids).
• Keep all material handling equipment in working order by conducting regular maintenance and inspection.
• Collect and properly dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support workplace safety and abide by OSHA policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Report hazards and injuries and seek advice on safe work practices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of materials handling processes.
• Experience in operating hand trucks.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Extended Periods of standing, walking, and occasional bending
• Regular lifting up/moving up to 55 lbs. at a time

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Repetitive motion
• Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack, forklift and/or clamp truck.
• Must be able to lift up/move to 40 pounds at a time.
