Pay/Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 Annually

Responsibilities and Duties:
- General Administrative Duties: Assist office staff, greet guests, manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, track supplies, and coordinate company activities.
- Support for Commercial Install Technicians: Monitor technician schedules, assist with timesheets and approvals, onboard new employees, maintain inventory, and assist with the coordination of event planning.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain TEAMS folders, ensure accuracy of project documentation, and coordinate project checklists with the Project Manager.
- Operations Support: Order inspections, pull permits, reconcile invoices and purchase orders, and assist management with employee performance documentation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
