We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our growing Orlando, FL office. We are seeking both new graduates who have just recently taken the FL Bar Exam as well as candidates with up to 3 to 7 years of litigation experience. The responsibilities of this position include the full litigation process, including drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients, as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines.
Minimum requirements:
- 0 to 7 years of experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and familiar with legal case management software
