We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our growing Business and Employment Law practice in Marietta, GA. We are seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of litigation experience. The responsibilities of this position include the full litigation process, including drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients, as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is licensed to practice in Georgia
- Has 2-4 years of litigation experience
- Has experience with Federal Courts
- Likes to use technology like AI
- Enjoy research
- Polished and a skilled communicator
- Self-starter, can prioritize workload and have a strong work ethic
What will your day look like:
- Conduct Legal Research on variety of issues relevant to case(s) and writing
- Review, analyze, and summarize discovery and conduct fact investigations for file management and drafting updates to clients.
- Communicate with clients, opposing parties, experts, etc.
- Prepare clients for, defend, and take depositions.
- Prepare for, attend, and participate in Mediations.

Base salary starting at $105,000

Salary : $15,000 - $105,000
