Bonuses

- Lead Team incentive - $1 to $1.50 based on performance
Responsibilities
- Inspect, sort, rework, and label parts as required to meet customer expectations
- Perform pull tests
- Report quality issues to the Shift Supervisor
- Complete quality documents for sorting, safe launch, and nonconforming product
- Enter scrap numbers into the inventory system
- Assist with automatic presses that are assigned to the Lead Team
Requirements
- Forklift experience
- Quality experience preferred
