DISHWASHER (AKA: THE BACKBONE OF THE KITCHEN)

What You’ll Do (aka: Keep the Engine Running):
- Keep the kitchen and dish area clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout your shift
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and more using both machine and handwashing methods
- Sort and return clean items to the line and proper storage areas so the team never skips a beat
- Set up and break down the dish station, including machines and sinks
- Keep floors clean and dry—safety always comes first
- Change dish machine and sink water regularly, following proper chemical and sanitation guidelines
- Take out trash and recycling, and keep bins clean and under control
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all hygiene standards
- Jump in wherever needed—teamwork is everything in our kitchen

What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to stay on your feet and moving for 8–10 hour shifts (this is an active role)
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs regularly (and occasionally more)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes loud, hot, and wet environment
- Basic understanding of English and simple math
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset
