What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care or Landscaping Crew Member position at Mooney's Lawn Care LLC?
Mooney’s Lawn Care is in need of team members for our Lawn Care & Landscaping Crews!
Lawn Care Crew: Care for established lawns by weeding, trimming, or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls. Using zero turns, walk behind and push mowers.
Landscaping Crew: Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears or pruners. Help maintain flower beds, load wheel barrels with mulch and spread mulch in flower beds, create flower beds. Planting and/or removing shrubs, hedges and flowers. Install edging pieces. Help ensure that customer wants and needs are meet.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with lawn care equipment and tools
- Attention to individual and team safety
- Detail oriented
- Able to follow specific detail and be self-motivated
- Have a reliable way to get to work every day
We provide on the job training. Mooney’s operates year around with exposure to all seasons and weather conditions. Candidates must be willing to work in cold, hot, humid, rainy, and windy conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
