Duties
- Lead and supervise landscaping teams in executing maintenance, planting, pruning, lawn care, irrigation, and horticultural tasks with precision and professionalism
- Develop and implement landscape maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee construction activities related to landscape installations, renovations, and improvements, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
- Manage tree care operations including pruning, removal, and health assessments to promote healthy growth and safety
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all landscaping activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design or installation.
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments with excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care practices, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction methods
- Ability to plan projects effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and vendors
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
- Formal training or certification in horticulture or landscape management is preferred but not required
