We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Year-Round Commercial Mow Crew Members. For those interested in year-round employment, there are additional opportunities to assist with snow removal during the winter months on a reduced, on-call schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and outdoor spaces
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete daily assignments efficiently and to company standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Assist with additional landscaping tasks as needed
- Support snow removal operations during winter months, if interested in year-round employment
Qualifications
- Interest in working outdoors and performing physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to work full-time hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and regular attendance
Offered compensation: $17/hr - $19/hr
