- Follow the team’s buyer and seller workflows from first contact to closing.
- Practice scripts and presentations until you can confidently lead meetings.
- Manage a growing database of contacts and stay in touch regularly.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth contract-to-close.
- Track your activity and results and review them in coaching sessions.
- Show up prepared for appointments and team meetings.
