- Help prepare listing presentations, market reports, and showing schedules.
- Manage follow-up communication, document requests, and basic status updates for clients.
- Use the team’s CRM to track contacts, tasks, and deadlines.
- Participate in regular practice sessions (scripts, role-plays, objection handling).
- Assist with open house preparation, sign placement, and visitor follow-up.
- Licensed in Virginia or actively enrolled in a Virginia real estate licensing course.
- Strong interest in a full-time residential real estate career.
- Organized, reliable, and willing to follow checklists and systems.
- Able to handle a commission-only path while building a pipeline.
- Comfortable working in person from the Fairfax office with local travel.
