My client in Boston is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing and facilitating all recruitment efforts.

Position Highlights:
- Effectively source and interview candidates
- Facilitate candidate coordination, scheduling, etc.
- Liaise with hiring managers and other internal team members about position requirements and candidate feedback
- Update database with candidate information
- Conduct background and reference checks
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- 2 years of experience in Recruiting or HR
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written)
- Strong computer skills
- Team player mindset
