Schedule: Onsite to start, with the ability to work one day remotely after the 90-day training period
Responsibilities
- Greet and check patients in and out, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Maintain and update patient records with a high level of accuracy
- Support administrative workflows, including documentation, filing, and data entry
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist with insurance verification and general office coordination as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service or healthcare experience (internships welcome!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in building a long-term career in healthcare
Preferred (not required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field
