About the Role
In this role, you’ll serve as a first point of contact for patients and play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll manage front desk activity, coordinate scheduling, and ensure a high level of patient service.
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and triage incoming phone calls
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations
- Coordinate provider calendars and daily schedules
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a medical office, hospital, or healthcare setting strongly preferred

Pay & Compensation
The annual compensation range for this position will be based on experience and qualifications.
Salary : $45,000 - $52,000
