We are seeking a dependable, professional, and experienced Security Operations Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, personnel, and procedures. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and ensure that security standards are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead security officers and assigned personnel.
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure proper post coverage.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure company policies and security procedures are followed.
- Monitor incidents, respond to emergencies, and ensure appropriate reports are completed.
- Train, coach, and mentor security personnel.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and finding coverage when needed.
- Communicate with management, employees, clients, and emergency services when necessary.
- Investigate security incidents and provide detailed documentation.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and company leadership.
- Ensure officers are properly equipped, trained, and performing their assigned duties.
- Address employee performance and attendance issues when necessary.
- Help develop and improve security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous security experience required; supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Excellent observation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Ability to write clear and accurate incident reports.
- Must be professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Reports directly to the COO
