Job Summary:
Monticello Auto Service is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Growing Team. Monday thru Friday with NO WEEKENDS. We offer competitive pay with benefits. Pay ranges from 65k-120k depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for recommended services and repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations
- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive services, diagnostics, and repair processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in service writing, brake repair, alignment, suspension, transmission, estimating, and automotive sales
