What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVICE ADVISOR position at MP Nexlevel, LLC?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with field employees and management to log Fleetio incoming equipment repair needs
- Develop cost estimates for repairing assets and communicate to management
- Track needed parts and labor in Fleetio
- Work with Parts Team to order parts needed to complete repairs
- Communicate all necessary information related to costs, parts, work/labor, to Technicians and management
- Contact appropriate employees and give updates on status of repairs, coordinate pick up when repairs are complete
- Finalize all Fleetio documentation in regards to repairs and work orders
- Ensure all repair history is being entered into Fleetio by the Technicians
- Assist with out state repairs of equipment and vehicles
- Receive requests for preparing equipment to be sold and generate work orders
- Safety training as required by position
- Paperwork filing and maintenance as needed
Essential Education and Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge which includes knowledge of construction equipment and vehicles
- Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customers
- Ability to use computer software applications such as Microsoft Office

Wage range: $30-$38/hr
