Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role based in Dallas, TX. The Attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including client consultations, case strategy development, and ongoing client communication. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery, and evaluating claims and damages. The role involves negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel, participating in mediation, and representing clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials as needed. The Attorney will collaborate with legal support staff to move cases efficiently and maintain detailed, accurate case documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and personal injury practice, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Experience or coursework in Labor and Employment Law, particularly as it relates to workplace injuries and related claims.
- Proven ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients, including explaining options, risks, and likely outcomes.
- Solid Research skills, including legal research, fact investigation, and evidence review to build and support claims.
- Effective Negotiation skills for handling insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, mediation, and settlement discussions.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting motions, pleadings, and client correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Trial or litigation experience in personal injury or civil litigation is preferred.
- Commitment to client service, empathy, and ethical practice, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
