Montessori Academy of New Jersey, having been in business over 50 years, is focused on educating children by implementing the Montessori method in our classrooms.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Montessori Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for our students, developing lesson plans, and providing guidance to children as they learn and grow. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans for preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Monitor the progress of each student and provide feedback to parents.
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a positive relationship with parents and other staff members.
- Organize activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
