DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions between Epic and other systems. The Laboratory Analyst will be involved in the full life cycle of interface development including requirements gathering, build, test, go-live and production support. The Laboratory Analyst will be required to utilize strong technical skills and business understanding to solve issues related to the health system interface(s).
QUALIFCATIONS
Associate’s degree (preferably in computer science or information technology) or equivalent / education / experience. 3-5 years of computer programmer/analyst experience working in healthcare. Training and Certification with various integration Engines such as Lyniate (Corepoint), InterSystems, Rhapsody, Iguana or Mirth Connect are desired. Epic certification is preferred. Ability to relate well to all people and acts in a supportive and positive manner.
