DESCRIPTION
The Clerical Coordinator for Care Management oversees the clerical support aspect of the Department. by organizing office data and departmental statistics. Communicates information with all managed care entities, assists with obtaining medical records for Case Managers for retrospective reviews and the Adverse Determination Case Mangers in obtaining copies of Medical Records. Oversees the FCP Program with Oxford/United Healthcare Insurance. Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, Associate Degree Preferred. 1-2 years’ experience working in a Medical Practice or 1-2 years’ experience of Professional Office experience in a hospital setting preferred. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills, communication skills. Ability to work independently and relay information to all contacts. Knowledge of third party payer requirements.
$23.00 - $26.00 PER HOUR
