This individual will lead a team of professionals including Healthcare Performance Engineers, Senior Project Managers, and a Billing Improvement Manager with the goal of improving the effectiveness of the entire revenue cycle process through supporting key transformation initiatives, integration of key technologies, building capacity for project management, and process improvement. Responsible for leading hospital billing denials prevention activities. Responsible for expediting the implementation of revenue cycle projects & process improvement initiatives to maximize the cash flow and revenue returns to the health system.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Masters Degree Preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive management experience Required.
- EPIC Certifications in Hospital Billing, Revenue Integrity Preferred
- Lean Management, or PMP Certifications Preferred.
- Knowledge of EPIC enterprise system Preferred.
- Knowledge of coding guidelines Preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills Required
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Required.
- Facilitation/Project management/Presentation skills required.
- Strong Negotiation skills, Initiative, tact, confidentiality, dependability and resourcefulness Required
Salary : $128,000 - $160,000
