Summary Of Position

Supervises and schedules the work of lower level maintenance staff.

Writes job orders; make assignments; and reviews finished work, time spent and material used.

Assists the Director of Engineering and Maintenance in making surveys for cost estimates and checks contractual work in progress for conformance with specifications and blueprints.

Ensure that all contractors are carried out according to the approved plans and specifications.

Maintain departmental reports and statistics.

Education And Requirement

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 7-10 years experience managing trades and direct reports and large teams.
• Ability to manage vendors and client management.
• Ability to coordinate with departments, teams and resources
• Understanding of infrastructure and IT related projects.
