Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers. Salary will start at $50,000 plus commissions. If you have a passion for agriculture and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Pivot & irrigation sales in the office and in the field
- Assist customers in finding the right product based on their needs
- Design irrigation systems using company software and demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, traveling to other areas of the state as needed
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives, attend trade shows and events to promote business
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, agricultural sales experience preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
