Part-Time AR/AP Office Assistant

The company is headquartered in Great Falls, with additional locations in Valier and Missoula.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Input and process receipts
- Sales counter support
- First-line phone responsibilities
- Customer support
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Perform basic accounting and office duties
- Ensure records and transactions are accurate and up-to-date
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- All other duties assignment by management
Qualifications
