What You'll Do

• Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Maintain product knowledge on our inventory.
• Work with the finance and management teams to deliver an outstanding buying experience.
• Build a referral and repeat customer base.

What We're Looking For

• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership for various lengths of time

• Must be able to enter and exit vehicles without assistance

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Must be able to move throughout vehicle inventory lots and dealership facilities

• Must be able to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

• Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Salary : $36,000 - $120,000
