The Supply Chain Intern will support the Rogers, AR Operations team in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and process improvement initiatives and will work closely with cross-functional teams to learn best practices in supply chain and customer operations.
This position requires an individual who has the ability to multi-task, be organized, work in a fast-paced environment and who can seamlessly transition to the day-to-day demands and changes of the supply chain functions.

The Impact You'll Make
- Assist with order processing and tracking to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring and reporting.
- Help coordinate logistics activities such as shipment scheduling and carrier communication.
- Review and validate shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in customer operations activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational workflows.
- Prepare and maintain reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Support process improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Learn and utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and reporting tools for operational tasks.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Interest in supply chain logistics
