The Finance Intern will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Department. The Intern will also participate in special project(s) related to Finance. The ideal candidate will be a team player, maintains a positive attitude and a high level of confidentiality.

A Day in the Life
The Finance Intern will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Department. The Intern will also participate in special project(s) related to Finance. The ideal candidate will be a team player, maintains a positive attitude and a high level of confidentiality.
The Impact You'll Make
- Participate in various administrative aspects of the process including scanning, filing, copying, and mailing various digital and physical documents.
- Help with Organizing prior Board/Audit books.
- Provide other administrative support as needed for Finance.
- Scanning Journals
- Help log Vehicle schedules
- Update/File vehicle files
- Strong interest in a career in Accounting or Finance.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Resourceful with ability to solve problems and follow through on tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well with others.
