- Assist in daily operations of SAP release management team.
- Design and build team share point page & automate manual release activities.
- Build SOPs for SAP release and change processes, incident management and onboarding processes.
- Build dashboards/reports for effective management of IT tickets
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Computer science background.
- Knowledge in web design and/or MS SharePoint site building
- SDLC knowledge
