Adventure Ranger 1
- Supervise and guide a consistent group of campers (up to 12 at a time) throughout the week
- Foster team-building and inclusion within the group.
- Lead hiking excursions to various course sessions.
- Assist outdoor experts in their instructional presentations.
- Supervise and manage groups during breaks and snack time.
- Actively participate in all outdoor learning activities.
- Assist with camper check-in and check-out.

Adventure Ranger 2
- Supervise and guide large groups of campers (up to 35 at a time) through classroom Activities
- Foster team-building and inclusion within the group, including developing and leading team-building activities
- Lead instructional presentations on various survival topics.
- Supervise and manage groups during breaks and snack time.
- Assist with camper check-in and check-out.
- Training: Up to 3 training days, beginning June 15.

Work Schedule: 6 weeks (Monday Friday)

- Aug 3-7
- Daily Hours: 8:15 AM 3:45 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch).
- Location: Knabusch Math & Science Center.
- Compensation: Adventure Ranger 1- $115/day Adventure Ranger 2- $150/day
- Bonus Opportunity: Performance-based end-of-season bonus available at a rate of 2x your daily rate.
- Outgoing and adventurous individuals with a passion for the outdoors.
- Prior experience with SurvivorKids Camp is preferred.
- Candidates pursuing a degree in education, outdoor recreation, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.

Adventure Ranger SurvivorKids Camp
Adventure Rangers serve as leaders and mentors for small groups of campers (grades K-7), guiding them throughout the week as they move between camp sessions. Their primary role is to foster a strong team mentality, ensuring that every camper feels included and engaged in outdoor learning.
