Function of Position
- Adhere to Tutoring and Academic Assistance Center (TAAC) protocol and expectations as outlined in onboarding
- Greet students, faculty, and staff as they enter the TAAC
- Assist students to schedule tutoring appointments
- Help students with computer related questions (such as email, TracCloud, Brightspace, Word, etc.)
- Clean and close the Center in the evening
- Assist with any administrative tasks, including but not limited to copying, running errands, and answering telephones
- Assist Learning Support Systems (LSS) staff with projects and tasks as assigned
- Help with tabling and other Center outreach events
- Greet students, faculty, and staff as they enter the TAAC
- Assist students to schedule tutoring appointments
- Help students with computer related questions (such as email, TracCloud, Brightspace, Word, etc.)
- Clean and close the Center in the evening
- Assist with any administrative tasks, including but not limited to copying, running errands, and answering telephones
- Assist LSS staff with projects and tasks as assigned
- Help with tabling and other Center outreach events

Required Qualifications
- Technology savvy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized, punctual, and versed in key utilization of time management skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and able to maintain a positive attitude
- Customer-service focused
- Reliable
- Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
Pay Rate
- Paraprofessional
- Associates Degree - $16.00/hour
- Professional
- Bachelor's Degree - $17.00/hour
- Master's Degree - $19.00/hour
- PhD - $21.00/hour
- Adjunct - $25.00/hour (to qualify for adjunct pay rate, applicants must have at least one assigned course for the semester)
