Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly operational finance reporting
- Support inventory reconciliation, material usage tracking, and variance analysis
- Analyze production costs, labor efficiency, waste, and manufacturing performance metrics
- Help prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models for plant operations
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, dashboards, and ERP system data
- Participate in month-end close activities and financial reporting processes
- Conduct ad hoc analysis related to production, procurement, and plant performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and finance departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and internal controls
The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Interest in manufacturing, operations, or the food industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Real-world experience in operations finance within the food manufacturing industry
