Monmouth College, an independent residential liberal arts institution in Illinois, seeks applications for the position of Director of Career and Professional Connections. This position reports to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students and provides strategic leadership for advising, academic/career planning, and career readiness initiatives across the institution. The Director of Career and Professional Connections will create a seamless advising and mentoring ecosystem that empowers students—from entry through graduation—to thrive academically and professionally. Position has daily contact with students, staff, faculty, and persons outside the campus community.
