As a Regional Business Manager at Monin, you will be responsible for developing new business and supporting existing business across the midwest region. This role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment and is passionate about showcasing the value of high-quality products. You’ll leverage Monin’s industry-leading portfolio, partner with distributors and brokers, and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive growth across both operator and distributor communities.
What You’ll Do
· Manage all existing Monin business within your assigned territory while identifying and cultivating new opportunities to drive regional growth.
· Call on and build strong relationships with broadline distributors (Sysco, US Foods, PFG, GFS, and independent distributors) and specialty coffee and foodservice accounts.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans and marketing programs to increase sales and market share with both distributors and operators.
· Manage and motivate foodservice brokers, serving as an extension of the Monin salesforce—setting expectations, providing tools for success, and holding them accountable for performance.
· Present and demonstrate Monin’s value through solution-based and consultative selling, helping customers increase profitability and guest satisfaction through high-quality beverage solutions.
· Collaborate closely with National Accounts, Marketing, and Innovation teams to execute programs, share insights, and leverage Monin’s full range of resources.
· Research organizations and markets to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of emerging industry trends.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
· Develop and present tailored proposals and marketing programs to support customer goals and long-term success.
