Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sarasota, FL, for an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will help prepare and analyze financial statements, input journal entries, maintain oversight of fixed assets, and help drive the financial reporting processes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in accounting records and supporting the finance team with other essential accounting duties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Quickbooks
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying trends and ensuring financial accuracy
- Experience in managing Journal Entries
- Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Prior experience in financial management or accounting leadership roles preferred
