Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sarasota, FL. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing programs and events to support MoneyShow's financial conferences and initiatives.
You will be a liaison between the company and our expert speakers. You’ll:
• Work with the team to create a well-balanced education program for face-to-face and virtual events
• Coordinate with experts to invite and confirm them for MoneyShow events.
• Work with the experts to help them promote the events to their constituents
• Work with the team to help collect times, topics, bios for each expert
• Juggle multiple live and virtual shows at once with precision
• Travel to conferences to meet with the experts and help with onsite conference execution
Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing program development, ensuring smooth communication among internal teams and external stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Program Management and Program Development to effectively create and oversee high-quality initiatives.
- Strong Project Management skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple programs.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external experts, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure positive experiences for clients, partners, and event attendees.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in event coordination or financial services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
