Job Description
To assist escrow officers to receive, process, and successfully close real estate transactions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain company core values.
Answer phones, greet clients and request payoff statements, surveys and tax certificates as needed.
Receive in contracts and/or title orders Enter basic fees.
Understand how to identify and address curative issues under direction of the Escrow Officer.
Assist EO with all party communication and needed documents for transactions and prepare files for closing.
Assist EO in sending and communicating funding approval.
Complete all needed tasks to ensure compliance.
Expectations from Management
Progressively increase escrow and title knowledge Progressively become error-free in processing files Reports to Escrow Officer.
Daily Duties
Monitor and respond promptly to all communication Monitor tasks in title/escrow software.
Ensure files closing soon are on track.
Ensure you are aware of all timelines and critical dates in all files Proactively work all files.
Document work and communication on all files.
