This position involves working closely with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, handling essential documentation and financial transactions with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and organize all necessary documents related to the escrow process, including purchase agreements, title reports, closing disclosures, and other legal documentation.
Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, agents, lenders, and other involved parties. Provide regular updates on the escrow status and respond promptly to inquiries.
Transaction Support: Assist the Escrow Officer in facilitating closings by ensuring all required signatures are obtained, funds are properly collected and disbursed, and documentation is complete and accurate.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues that could delay or disrupt the escrow process. Collaborate with relevant parties to find timely solutions.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized and compliant transaction files, ensuring that all records and communications are accurately documented in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Property Research: Conduct property research using County Appraisal District (CAD) databases and tax records to support due diligence and ensure transaction accuracy.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the escrow process, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications
Required:
- 1 years of experience in escrow, title, real estate, or a related administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
- Experience with escrow software such as SoftPro, RamQuest, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of real estate documents and closing procedures
- In-office schedule: must be local to the Plano, TX area
