Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop real-time P&L and risk monitoring systems
- Build user-facing tools for portfolio managers and investment teams
- Collaborate with investment professionals to implement quantitative trading signals across asset classes
- Apply quantitative and AI-driven approaches to improve research, risk analysis, and decision-making
- Support desk-level initiatives including reporting, backtesting, and model development
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in a front-office quantitative role (research, development, or strategy)
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Financial Engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python, including common data libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
- Working knowledge of SQL and data querying
