My client, a leading fixed income hedge fund, is seeking a Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of core technology platforms supporting loan origination and mortgage servicing, based in New York.
Embedded at the heart of the firm’s technology and operations strategy, you will play a key role in shaping and executing product initiatives across the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle. Working closely with stakeholders across business, operations, compliance and engineering, you will translate complex requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.
This is a high-impact role for an individual operating across both strategic and delivery-focused responsibilities. You will own the product vision and roadmap, manage prioritisation across multiple engineering teams, and ensure the successful delivery of features that meet operational, regulatory and customer needs. You will also drive process improvements, enhance data quality, and support the adoption of modern, agile delivery practices.
The role offers broad exposure across lending and servicing functions, requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders and technical teams, alongside ownership of backlog management, sprint execution, and release coordination.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis or product management within the mortgage domain. Strong knowledge of loan origination and servicing workflows, combined with experience working in Agile environments, is essential.
