Head of FP&A - Growing Hedge Fund

A growing global investment manager with approximately $15B in AUM is hiring a Head of FP&A to lead firmwide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. The role sits at the center of the business, partnering closely with executive leadership to shape financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term growth initiatives.

This is a high-ownership opportunity for someone looking to build and scale an institutional-quality FP&A function with direct access to decision-makers.

In addition to owning the end-to-end FP&A process, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning, you will lead and develop a global FP&A team and serve as a trusted thought partner to the CFO and senior leadership.

Profile

• 12 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within asset management, private markets, or other buy-side environments
• Strong people leader with a track record of developing large teams. This role will be managing a team of 8-10 people
• Clear, confident communicator capable of influencing senior leadership and driving decision-making
