Paragon are building out an equity options desk within a tier 1 multi-strategy fund.
The PM just recently joined from a well known prop shop and will be looking to scale his desk with several hires.
Part of these plans include hiring an elite Software Engineer/Quant Dev to build the trading infrastructure out, and develop data engineering and prediction tools primarily for the systematic trading of US equity options.
Technologies are open but ideally we would want C and Python skills.
No comp cap, or NC restrictions, and a chance for PnL cut in year 2...
