W2 Pay Rate Range: $70/hr - $75/hr W2

Job Description:
Support and maintain cloud-native analytics platforms by troubleshooting production issues, improving operational reliability, and managing infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Monitor platform environments and troubleshoot production incidents
- Review logs and diagnose system issues using monitoring tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace
- Resolve customer and internal support tickets before escalation
- Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Manage infrastructure through Terraform and configuration management tools
- Support Kubernetes and Helm-based deployments
- Participate in on-call rotations with incident response responsibilities
- Assist with platform updates, operational improvements, and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, cloud, security, and product teams
Requirements:
- Must-Have Skills/Experiences:
- 5-10 years of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience
- Strong Terraform troubleshooting experience
- Strong Jenkins CI/CD troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Ansible automation
- Experience supporting cloud-native environments and production operations
- Kubernetes and Helm deployment experience
- AWS and EKS experience
- Experience handling customer-facing production incidents and support tickets
- On-call support experience with defined response SLAs
- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up or supervision
- Nice-to-Have Skills/Experiences (NOT required, but a plus!) :
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) experience or comparable BI/analytics platform (Tableau, Power BI, SAP BW)
- Experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring tools
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault
- Background supporting enterprise analytics or SaaS platforms
